Adjusters Meeting
We will meet with the insurance adjuster to walk around and inspect the property for any damages. We provide an damage evaluation report sheet with documents and photos showing evidence of the damages listed in the report. This makes the production and supplements job a quicker and seamless process.

Our Ladder Assist Process For Insurance Carriers
Adjuster is Present
Meet and greet the insurance adjuster and ask for any special requests. Then we will safely climb the home or building to access the roof for a proper inspection and conduct test squares to every slope of the roof. We will out an evaluation report with notes of any damages found which includes photographs of the damages noted in the report.
No Adjuster Present
If no adjuster is present we will meet and greet the homeowner/contractor that called us. We inspect all 4 elevations
and document all the findings. We will safely climb the home or building to access the roof for inspection and conduct test squares to every slope of the roof. An evaluation report is filled out which documents any and all damages found and includes
photographs of the damages listed in the report.
